Jeffrey Brown was so professional, I felt so lucky I got to him (After visiting two other doctors regarding my issue). He asked me every question possible, thoughts about anything really. eventually, he found the cause of the problem, which I already lost faith I will ever get to the root cause. I highly recommend Dr. Jefferey Brown!

When i arrived their systems were down but Dr Brown and his team improvised. He managed to access my Xray report via and an app on his phone, he took notes the old fashion way and gave me a copy of notes for the encounter at the conclusion. And they managed to call another location to record/book my follow-up appointment. Dr Brown is fantastic. He listens and treats the patient in front of him, not the imaginary  “average patient”. I have my marching orders. Thank you 😊

Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor. He is kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable, listens carefully to his patients, explains very thoroughly and clearly the results of his examination. When you leave, you have in hand a treatment plan for improving your condition. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Brown.

I experienced truly outstanding customer service from the administrative team, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The doctor was exceptionally professional and caring, instantly putting me at ease. I received a cortisone shot, and to my surprise, I barely felt a thing—despite my fear of needles. It was a remarkably smooth experience that alleviated my anxiety entirely.

I don't typically write reviews but I felt like Dr. Brown deserves one. My daughter was experiencing shoulder pain. He went through all the steps with her and didn't rush the process and I felt very thorough compared to others I have seen. This prompted me to get another evaluation for myself. Easily understood information was provided both times. Also very easy to talk to.

Great experience with Dr. Brown. I have been having an issue with my shoulder for about a year, he was clear, pleasant and professional, reviewed all treatment options amd walked me through them at each visit. We discussed options and I was able to make the best decision for me at the time. He also made recommendations for at home PT that helped strengthen the area and supplemented my active PT. Highly recommend.
